• Photo identification – passport, photo driving licence - If you have neither of these then your National Insurance Number is required
• A copy of a current Tenancy Agreement – not needed for prospective landlords
• A bank payment for the sum of £85 to Barnsley RLA to cover the one off joining fee of £25 and the annual subscription of £60
